Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Gin Rummy Together account — the game published by Sika Games Inc. — and the data we hold about it. You do not need the app installed, or an account of any kind, to send the request.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Game and go to Settings. Note the User ID shown there — it is how we find your account, because the Game has no email address or password.
  2. Email ginrummytogether@sikagames.com with the subject “Account deletion” and your User ID in the message.
  3. We reply to confirm the request came from the account holder, and then delete the account within 30 days.

If you can no longer open the Game, email us anyway and describe the account — the display name you used, the platform you played on, and the approximate date of any purchase — and we will do our best to identify it.

What gets deleted

Your player account and the data attached to it: display name, avatar, avatar frame and emoji, level and experience, progression and daily tasks, card collection and inventory, in-game currency balances, match history, club membership and requests, chat messages, mailbox entries, and the analytics, error-report and session-recording data linked to your player ID.

What we keep, and why

Records of purchases and the accounting entries behind them, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years). A minimal record needed to enforce a ban or prevent fraud, where one applies. And aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you or your device.

Before you ask us

Deletion is permanent. Purchased items, coins and progress cannot be restored afterwards, and Apple and Google do not refund past purchases when an account is deleted. Installing the Game again creates a new, empty account.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — the account lives on our servers, so it stays until you ask us to remove it.
